Beijing Energy International and the Government of Heze City Signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement on the 200 MW Wind Power Project

   On April 9, Zhu Jun, President of Beijing Energy International Holdings Co., Ltd., and his colleagues went to Shandong to sign a strategic cooperation agreement on the 200 MW wind power project with the Government of Heze City and participated in the investment meeting. The meeting was attended by Zhang Xinwen, Secretary of Party Committee of Heze City, Heze City’s Mayor Zhang Lun, Deputy Mayors Nie Yuanke and Wang Xinguo, and Fan Liyun, General Manager of the North China Regional Company of Beijing Energy International.

   Zhang Xinwen said that the Heze High-tech Zone enjoys flat and open terrain and rich wind energy resources. The Government of Heze City welcomes Beijing Energy International to participate in the local new energy investment and construction. The government will provide good services to investors and construction units, help investors give full play to their roles and momentum, and improve the local energy industry structure in an effort to promote the rapid development of the local economy, and push forward energy conservation, emission reduction, and new energy development towards mutual development.

   Zhu Jun introduced the goals of the company’s development plan, the advantages of its systems and mechanisms, and the idea of its business cooperation to the leaders of the Government of Heze City. He said that as Heze City has a huge potential for wind energy resource utilization and industrial development, Beijing Energy International will actively participate in the investment and construction of local new energy industry, and give full play to its advantages in professional development, construction and operation, so as to help Heze City to achieve the goal of “carbon neutrality and peaking carbon emission” as early as possible in a win-win situation.
