On March 3, 2021, Beijing Energy International Holdings Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Shengtian New Energy Development Co., Ltd. held talks in Chengdu. Zhang Ping, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Beijing Energy International, and Gu Chenyu, Director and General Manager of Shengtian New Energy, discussed business development and cooperation. Huang Hui, Vice President of Beijing Energy International, and Wei Dong, Director and Deputy General Manager of Shengtian New Energy attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on the development history shareholder background, business development, future plans, and cooperation models of their respective companies. The two sides agreed that they recognize each other’s strength and expertise, and will further explore the possibility of equity investment in each other in high-quality photovoltaics and comprehensive energy resources, enhance cooperation for mutual benefit, establish a long-term partnership, and jointly promote the high-quality development of business of both sides.
