On July 28, 2021, Vice Presidents Huang Hui and Jia Geng of Beijing Energy International Holdings Co., Ltd. met with Liu Hao, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accountant of Sichuan Chuantou Energy Co., Ltd. in Beijing. The two sides had an in-depth discussion about the joint development of hydropower and new energy in the Sichuan-Tibet region. The meeting was also attended by Project Investment Department Manager Liu Gang and Capital and Finance Department Manager Wang Junsen of Sichuan Chuantou Energy, and Investment Director Zhao Li, CFO Wang Yang, Legal Director Wang Xiaorui, and Tibet Branch General Manager Lei Muchuan of Beijing Energy International.

Huang Hui welcomed the guests from Sichuan Chuantou Energy and highly recognized its professionalism in the development and construction in the hydropower industry. Huang also expressed that the two sides will give full play to their respective advantages to enhance project cooperation so as to implement the cooperation project at an early date.

Jia Geng introduced the recent development trend of the new energy industry, shared the development investment model and philosophy of Beijing Energy International’s new energy projects, and looked forward to their in-depth equity cooperation in the future.

Liu Hao said that as strategic partners, the two companies will continue to maintain close business exchanges and contacts, accelerate the progress of cooperation in hydropower projects, further study models of cooperation in the new energy industry, and make joint efforts to contribute to the sustained and sound development of their respective companies.
