On October 9 and 10, 2023, Zhang Ping, chairman of the Board of Directors of Beijing Energy International, met with new energy project developers and energy retailers in Sydney to exchange on the development cooperation of new energy projects and the Australian retail market. Jia Geng, vice president of Beijing Energy International, Guo Liang, general manager of the Overseas Business Department, and Shi Weiwei, general manager of Beijing Energy International (Australia), attended relevant meetings.
At the meeting, the two sides introduced their respective business development and future plans. Both agreed that the development modalities and concepts of Beijing Energy International and its partners are highly aligned and enjoyed complementarity. As for the next step, the two sides will jointly promote the depth and breadth of cooperation to deliver a win-win outcome.
In recent years, Beijing Energy International has been closely following the ever-changing dynamics of international relations, vigorously developing overseas projects, focusing on developing overseas projects in Australia and Vietnam, and actively expanding new energy market in RCEP countries. The company strives to achieve 3 million KW of overseas controllable installed capacity of new energy in 2025.
