On March 4, Zhang Ping, chairman of the Board of Directors of Beijing Energy International, met with Aurelien, general manager of the Asia-Pacific Corporate Clients Department and Institutional Clients Department of Natixis in Beijing. Both parties had in-depth discussions on cooperation in the field of finance for green energy.
During the meeting, they introduced their respective business areas and industrial layouts, agreeing that there is strong complementarity and broad space for cooperation between Beijing Energy International and Natixis. They expressed hopes to explore cooperation opportunities in clean energy, equity financing, overseas asset M&A, listing, and the introduction of strategic partners. They aimed to innovate cooperation models, deepen cooperation fields, fully utilize their respective strengths, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win cooperation. They also aimed to expand deep-level and high-level cooperation to support the global energy’s green and low-carbon transformation and development.
Attending the meeting were Qin Du, president of the Beijing Branch of Natixis; Deng Qiao, managing director of the Corporate Clients Department in China; Zhang Tingjian, executive director of the Asia-Pacific Energy and Natural Resources Industry; as well as vice president Huang Hui, vice president Jia Geng, CFO Wang Yang, and Guo Liang of the Overseas Business Department of Beijing Energy International.
