At 14:28 on April 26, when the impeller of wind turbine FD66 was precisely docked with the nacelle at a height of one hundred meters, the hoisting operations of 57 turbines in the Dalin Area of the 1.38 million kilowatts ecological wind power base project in Horqin District, Tongliao City, were successfully completed, marking the completion of hoisting for all 221 turbines of the project. This achievement represents a significant milestone in the project construction, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent work.
A total of 57 units of 6.25-MW wind turbines were installed in this project, with a total construction capacity of 356.25 MW. The turbine sites are relatively dispersed and span multiple villages and towns, posing great coordination challenges.
In order to promote construction progress and ensure smooth hoisting operations, the Project Department visited these villages and towns, actively discussed with relevant government departments the key points of land acquisition, and took reasonable suggestions from villages and towns. At the same time, close contact was maintained with the planning, construction, and optimization of temporary roads, overcoming various difficulties such as unpredictable weather, low temperatures in winter, and harsh environment on site. The team coordinated the input of mechanical equipment and manpower resources from various units, strictly implemented various safety management systems, intensified the investigation and rectification of safety hazards, ensured the effective implementation of various safety measures, and completed all hoisting tasks in six months. Meanwhile, the construction of the Dalin booster substation is also proceeding in full swing.
Currently, the main primary and secondary equipment of the Dalin booster substation has all been installed, and the installation and wiring work is basically completed. The main transformer and GIS partial discharge test have been completed, and the individual commissioning will be completed on April 28. Following relevant acceptance procedures on April 30, it will be poised for power transmission. Concurrently, the basic interior decoration of the comprehensive building has been finalized, positioning it for imminent occupancy. The Dalin project is moving steadily towards the goal of grid connection with full capacity.
The completion of the hoisting of all turbines marks another major milestone of the 1.38 million kilowatts project. The Project Department will strive to advance the construction progress of the circuits, booster substation projects, equipment, and turbine commissioning, sprinting towards the ultimate goal of grid connection with full capacity.
