The Distributed Photovoltaic Project of BBMG Mortar in Pinggu District, Beijing, Was Connected to The Grid for Power Generation
Time:2024-05-14

On May 14, the 3.5264MW distributed photovoltaic project of BBMG Mortar in Pinggu District, Beijing, was connected to the grid for power generation.

The project is located at No. 11 Taiping Donglu Road, Mafang Town, Pinggu District, Beijing. It is a digital supply-side demonstration project of the BBMG Corporation in the BBMG Construction Waste Treatment and Mortar Resource Comprehensive Utilization Industrial Park. With an installed capacity of 3.5264 MW, it adopts the “full self-use” mode. Once operational, it is expected to produce approximately 4 million kWh of green electricity annually, equivalent to saving about 1,279.50 tons of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 3,352.28 tons per year. The successful implementation of this project is another key achievement of Beijing Energy International in promoting the green and low-carbon transformation and development of Beijing’s energy sector. The project will play a positive role in promoting intensive management and enhancing the level of regional green development.
