On August 6, Zhang Ping, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Beijing Energy International, met with Nick Boyle, Group Co-CEO and founder of Lightsource bp, in Shenzhen. The two sides held discussions on deepening cooperation in the field of new energy. The meeting was attended by Adam Pegg, Managing Director APAC of Lightsource bp; Vice President Huang Hui and Vice President Jia Geng of Beijing Energy International; Shi Weiwei, Chairman of the Australia Company; Guo Liang, General Manager of the Australia Company, and other relevant personnel.

During the meeting, both parties introduced their respective business areas and future plans and agreed that the two companies will leverage their respective strengths to continuously deepen cooperation and expedite their partnership. Moving forward, both parties will use this meeting as an opportunity to focus on extensive cooperation in the global green energy sector, broaden and deepen the scope and content of cooperation, innovate cooperation models, work closely together for mutual benefit, and jointly contribute to the global transition to green and low-carbon energy.
