On August 16, Zhang Ping, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Beijing Energy International, met with Yao Yun, Chairman of Gaw Capital, and his entourage in Beijing. The two parties held in-depth discussions on potential collaboration in energy and data sector. 

During the meeting, both sides introduced their respective business areas, industry layouts, and future plans. They agreed that the two companies are leaders in their respective fields, with complementary strengths. They identified broad opportunities for collaboration in the development of new energy and its upstream and downstream industries, data center construction, and smart computing centers, both domestically and internationally. Building on the discussions, the two sides plan to establish an effective communication mechanism, fully leveraging their resources, technology, and management advantages. They aim to tap into market potential, intensify collaboration, and expand the scope of their partnership, striving for higher levels of cooperation and mutual benefit. Together, they will support the country’s green, low-carbon energy transition and the digital transformation. 

The meeting was attended by Li Zhenquan, CFO of Gaw Jinke Data Center Platform, Wang Menghan, Director of the Investment Department, Xing Jie, Head of the Beijing Office; Yang Dong, General Manager of the Financing Management Center of Beijing Energy International, and other relevant personnel.
