On November 29, Huang Hui and Jia Geng, Vice Presidents of Beijing Energy International, met in Beijing with Wang Yan, a member of the Standing Committee of Leshan Municipal Party Committee and Vice Mayor of Leshan. The two sides conducted in-depth discussions on advancing cooperation in the renewable energy sector. 

During the meeting, both parties agreed that Leshan boasts abundant natural resources, a robust industrial structure, and a favorable investment environment. The city is striving to become a globally recognized “China Green Silicon Valley,” a world-renowned tourist destination, and an important regional transportation and logistics hub in Sichuan. The company’s flexible and efficient operational mechanisms and its strong growth momentum align well with Leshan’s vision in the green energy sector, creating significant potential for collaboration. Both sides expressed the hope to use this meeting as an opportunity to establish a long-term communication mechanism, focusing on areas such as clean energy, integrated energy solutions, energy storage, and hydrogen production. They aim to actively explore collaboration opportunities, broaden and deepen the scope of cooperation, and achieve mutual benefits and win-win outcomes. This partnership will support the upgrade of Leshan’s renewable energy industry and promote high-quality regional economic development.
