On February 21, Zhang Ping, Chairman of the Board of Beijing Energy International, met with Wayne Lim, Chairman of Eagle Renewable Energy (EagleRE), in Shanghai. The two sides held discussions on deepening cooperation in the new energy sector. 

During the meeting, both parties introduced their respective business areas and industrial layouts and conducted in-depth discussions on cooperation models. They agreed that the two companies share strong synergies, highly complementary businesses, and promising prospects for collaboration. Moving forward, both sides will further strengthen communication, innovate cooperation models, and capitalize on their respective advantages in resources, talent, and technology. They aim to expand the depth and breadth of their cooperation in domestic and international new energy markets as well as in the cultural tourism sector, fostering mutual benefits and a win-win partnership.

The meeting was also attended by Roy Cao, Senior Vice President of EagleRE; Li Jian, Investment Director of Beijing Energy International; Du Wenyuan, General Manager of the East China Branch; and other relevant personnel.
