On July 14, 2021, Zhang Ping, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Beijing Energy International Holdings Co., Ltd. went to Inner Mongolia to visit Jin Wu, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Executive Deputy Mayor of Erdos. The two sides held talks on industrial investment and cooperation in the integration of wind, solar, fuel, and hydrogen storage base projects. The meeting was also attended by Qiang Shengfa, Deputy General Manager of LONGi Clean Energy, Nie Hengkuan, General Manager of the Power Generation Department of North China Power Engineering Co., Ltd., Jia Geng, Vice President of Beijing Energy International, Liu Lei, General Manager, and Shi Xin, Deputy General Manager of North China Regional Company of Beijing Energy International.


Jin Wu welcomed Zhang Ping and his colleagues, and gave an introduction of the investment and business environment, wind and solar energy resources, and the new energy master plan of the 14th Five-year Plan of Ordos City. He welcomed industry-leading, efficient and creditworthy companies such as Beijing Energy International, LONGi Clean Energy, and North China Power Engineering to invest in Ordos, jointly promoting the acceleration of the transformation towards clean and low-carbon energy in Ordos so as to promote the city’s economic development.

Zhang Ping introduced the development plan and main business of Beijing Energy International. He said that his company has forged an industrial alliance with LONGi Clean Energy and North China Power Engineering, and is willing to give full play to the alliance’s strengths in the field and expertise to actively participate in the investment and construction of the new energy sector of Ordos, so as to contribute to the high-quality development of the city’s new energy and realize the goal of “emission peak and carbon neutrality” at an early date.
