On January 6, 2022, Jia Geng, vice president of Beijing Energy International went to Shanxi to visit Ge Sishun, deputy general manager of Taiyuan Chemical Industry Group(TCIG), and the two sides had in-depth exchanges on comprehensive cooperation in new energy. Shi Yuchuan, general counsel of TCIG, Xue Manyu, deputy general manager of Beijing Energy International North China Branch Company and other relevant personnel attended the meeting.

During the meeting, Ge Sishun welcomed Jia Geng and his delegation, and introduced the company history, major business and future planning. He said that TCIG was making strategic transformation while cutting its over-capacity based on market needs and would use its location advantages in line with the principle of “long-term, complementary, reciprocal, win-win and coordinated development”. He expressed the hope to further work with Beijing Energy International, taking new energy as a springboard, jointly explore cooperation pathways and establish comprehensive and long-term cooperative partnership.

Jia Geng introduced the current develop and future development plan of Beijing Energy International. He said that the company was embracing high-quality and rapid development, which was highly aligned with the development concept of TCIG. He hoped that the two sides would further strengthen communication, leverage their respective strengths in branding, market and resources, establish a long-term strategic partnership, collaborate in an all-round way for mutual benefit and win-win, actively promote green and clean energy, and achieve the dual carbon goal at an early date.
