On July 18, 2022, Beijing Energy International and the Government of Mujiayu Town of Miyun District of Beijing signed an investment cooperation agreement for Dayan Jingneng 100WM photovoltaic power generation project. Liu Guoxi, deputy secretary of Party Committee of Beijing Energy International, Fan Liyun, general manager of North China Branch; Li Haisheng, district head, Song Wenhai, deputy secretary of Party Committee of Mujiayu, Zheng Xiaoshuang, deputy head of the district and other relevant personnel attended the signing ceremony.

According to the agreement, both parties will fully leverage their respective advantages, carry out mine greening or photovoltaic power generation projects as soon as possible, promote local economic development, address the capital cost issue of project land, and create a win-win situation for all parties. The signing of the agreement guarantees the investment and construction of the project and will further prop Beijing Energy International to speed up the development and construction of the project.
