BJ ENERGY INTL and Beih-Property Held Business Negotiations

On July 26, 2022, Zhang Ping, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Beijing Energy International met with Mr. Zan Rongshi, Party Secretary and Chairman of Beih-Property Company in Beijing. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on business cooperation in new energy. Xu Anzhong, member of Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Beih-Property, Zhao Fangcheng, Assistant General Manager, Secretary of Party Branch and Executive Director of Jintai Real Estate, and Zhang Qiu, Director of Market Development Center; Jia Geng and Wang Liuhu, Vice Presidents of Beijing Energy International, Wang Qi, Executive Director and Li Xijun, General Manager of Integrated Energy Company, and other relevant personnel attended the meeting.

During the meeting, both parties agreed that the two companies share the same development goals and enjoy broad cooperation space. Going forward, the two sides will focus on key development areas, make full use of regional policies, focus on resource integration, optimize resource allocation, strengthen internal coordination, further broaden the pathways of cooperation, strengthen alliances, complement each other’s advantages, tap new business development models and work together for common development.
