On November 19, 2022, Beijing Energy International signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Yunnan Yunnei Power Group Co., Ltd (Yunnei Power). and Rizhao’s Daguangmingshan Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd(DEIFM). Yang Bo, party secretary and chairman of Yunnei Power, Chen Jingtong, executive director of DEIFM, and Zhang Ping, chairman of the Board of Directors of Beijing Energy International signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of the three parties.

In accordance with the agreement, the three parties will give full play to their respective advantages in market and branding in their respective field, regions and sectors, foster a comprehensive and long-term partnership, precisely dovetail and carry out comprehensive cooperation on new energy and integrated energy in Yunnan Province, and work together to promote the high-quality development. The three parties will set up a joint venture, focusing on the investment, development, construction and operation of new energy and integrated energy services and fully expand cooperation areas. The three parties will innovate the modality of cooperation, expand the dimension of cooperation, actively promote the implementation of the project through strong synergy, so as to create achieve mutual benefits and win-win result, and contribute to the early realization of the dual carbon goals in Yunnan Province.
