On January 11, 2023, Zhang Ping, chairman of the Board of Directors of Beijing Energy International met with Liu Changchun, secretary of the Zhengxiangbai Banner Committee of Xilingol Prefecture, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in Beijing. The two sides exchanged on in-depth cooperation in new energy.
During the meeting, Zhang Ping welcomed Liu Changchun and his delegation and introduced the basic situation and development plan of Beijing Energy International. He said that the company would, as always, fully promote the implementation process of the “Green Power to Beijing” base project and is willing to strengthen cooperation with Zhengxiangbai Banner in the fields of rural revitalization and industrial integration, fully deepen ecological governance and sand restoration to deliver ecological and economic benefits and contribute to the all-round coordinated development of the new energy industry in the Banner.
Liu Changchun thanked the company for its strong support for the development of new energy industry in the Banner. He said that Zhengxiangbai is willing to give full play to its advantages together with the company for the development of the “Green Power to Beijing” base project, galvanize the synergy of government and enterprise, and strengthen communication and build consensus in promoting the project implementation process in an orderly manner while tackling challenges.
