On April 22, 2023, Zhang Ping, chairman of the Board of Directors of Beijing Energy International went to Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture to visit Chen Zhenyong, deputy party secretary of the Prefecture Party Committee and governor, and He Jiandong, member of the Standing Committee of the Prefecture Party Committee and deputy governor.
