On July 26, 2023, the 220.55kW distributed photovoltaic project of Beijing Energy International’s Tianhu Conference Center in Fangshan District was connected to the grid for power generation. The project is the first distributed photovoltaic project for hotel operation of the company, and it will provide strong support for promoting the green and low-carbon transformation and energy development in Beijing.

The project is located in Tianhu Conference Center, Qinglong Lake Town, Fangshan District, Beijing, with an installed capacity of 220.55kW. It can supply electricity for its self-use, with the surplus connecting to the grid. It uses 550Wp single crystal silicon double-sided double-glass modules, and the photovoltaic array is laid on the concrete roof at an inclination angle of 10. By fully using digital communication technology and combining remote intelligent operation and maintenance platform, the project can realize unattended mode. After it becomes up and running, it will produce about 260,000 kWh of green electricity, equivalent to saving about 74.6 tons of standard coal and reducing about 203.6 tons of carbon dioxide emissions every year. It will deliver both social and economic benefits and promote the energy security and green development of the capital city.
