On September 13, 2023, Zhang Ping, chairman of the Board of Directors of Beijing Energy International, met with Du Yan, founding partner of Shuimu Tsinghua Alumni Fund, Ci Song, chief scientist of Yunchu New Energy Technology and professor of Tsinghua University, and Ji Xu, chief scientist of Tsingyun Intelligence in Beijing. All parties exchanged on in-depth cooperation in new energy and other fields.

At the meeting, Zhang Ping welcomed Du Yan, Ci Song and Ji Xu and introduced the business layout and future planning of Beijing Energy International. He said that as a pilot enterprise for mixed-ownership reform of state-owned enterprises in Beijing, the company has a flexible and efficient mechanism and a strong development momentum. At present, it has formed a development pattern of “dual-circle, one-center and one-focus”. He said that Tsinghua Alumni Fund, Yunchu New Energy Technology and Tsingyun Intelligence have strong technical strength and have made remarkable achievements in technological application. It is hoped that all parties will take this meeting as an opportunity to use their respective advantages, enhance and expand the space for cooperation and achieve win-win development in new energy, frontier technology application of energy storage and green hydrogen and green ammonia.

Du Yan introduced the basic situation of Shuimu Tsinghua Alumni Fund and expressed appreciation for the rapid development of Beijing Energy International in recent years. She said that the fund has rich investment experience and hoped that the talks would enhance mutual understanding and collaborative innovation, deepen cooperation in new energy and other fields, complement each other’s advantages for sustainable development of the energy sector.

Ci Song introduced the development and future planning of its energy storage business. He said that the company is positioned as a digital energy storage core equipment manufacturer of the energy internet and a solution provider for the vertical digital energy storage. The business and resources of all parties are highly complementary, and he hoped to solidify ties and carry out in-depth cooperation in frontier technology application of energy storage so as to create mutual benefit.

Ji Xu introduced the technical route of Tsingyun Intelligence in green hydrogen and green ammonia. He said that the company has a leading research and development system and technical strength in green hydrogen and green ammonia. He agreed that the development concepts of all parties are highly compatible. It is hoped that all parties would maintain a good communication mechanism, expand and deepen pragmatic cooperation, and support the country’s green and low-carbon transformation and development.
