On September 26, 2023, Beijing Energy International signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement of Integrated New Energy Industry Base with Rongcheng Municipal Government and Gotion High-Tech Co., Ltd. The signing ceremony was presided over by Liu Huajie, a government leader of Rongcheng City, Yan Jianbo and Xu Ming, leaders of Weihai City and Rongcheng City; Li Zhen, party secretary and chairman of Gotion High-Tech, and Zhu Jun, president of Beijing Energy International attended the signing ceremony.

At the meeting, Zheng Yuewen, deputy party secretary of Rongcheng Municipal Committee and mayor, Sun Aiming, president of the Strategic Business Division of Gotion High-Tech, and Jia Geng, vice president of Beijing Energy International, signed the agreement on behalf of the three parties. According to the agreement, the three parties will carry out all-round and in-depth strategic cooperation in new energy project development and industrial coordination and build a win-win and sustainable strategic partnership. Moving forward, the three parties will take this agreement as a new starting point, deepen communication, refine strategic objectives, fully use their respective advantages in resources, technology and talented pool, thoroughly promote the implementation of cooperation projects, and jointly contribute to Rongcheng’s energy transformation and economic development.

Zhu Jun delivered a speech at the signing ceremony to thank Rongcheng Municipal Government and its partners for their support. He said that Shandong is a key investment area of Beijing Energy International, and the company is confident to cooperate closely with Gotion Hi-Tech, concentrate its strength in promoting the faster landing of projects and building excellent demonstration projects, and at the same time, increase investment in the context of local resource endowments, and build a synergized scale effect in the city, meet the growing demand for energy supply in the region, deliver win-win results for government and enterprises, and empower local green and low-carbon transformation and development.
