On October 18, 2023, Zhang Ping, chairman of the Board of Directors of Beijing Energy International, and Wang Yu, president of Jiangsu Xirui Information Technology Co., Ltd. met Li Xiaojie, party secretary of Songyuan Municipal Committee of Jilin Province in Nanjing. The three parties exchanged on the development of new energy projects and related industrial cooperation.

At the meeting, Songyuan Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government made an overall introduction to the new energy development plan and investment policies of Songyuan City, and the two companies made a detailed introduction to their respective business fields and industrial layout. The three parties agree that they are highly consistent in their development concepts on green energy. They hope to take this meeting as an opportunity to establish a long-term communication mechanism to jointly deliver mutual benefit through the construction of UHV lines for Jilin’s green power to enter Beijing, to promote the implementation of the “Three Gorges Power Project on Land”, help Songyuan City’s high-quality economic development and the “hydrogen-driven Jilin” action to form a model of cooperation between government and enterprises, and contribute to the early realization of the national dual carbon goal.
