On December 11, 2023, Zhang Ping, chairman of the Board of Directors of Beijing Energy International visited Meng Jingwei, party secretary of Tongzhou District Committee of Beijing, and the two sides exchanged views on in-depth cooperation on green development. 

At the meeting, Meng Jingwei said that Beijing Energy International actively expanded the application scenarios of green electricity consumption, took the digital computing center business as the key business direction in the future, and accelerated the new business layout of the AI-based public computing platform, which was convergent with the development positioning of Beijing Municipal Administrative Center (MC) of Tongzhou. Tongzhou District will provide all-round support and high-quality service for the company’s development across the whole chain, optimize business environment across the board to facilitate enterprises’ development in Tongzhou.

Zhang Ping thanked Tongzhou District Committee and District Government for the support to its key projects. He highlighted that the company has been accelerating its international, large-scale and digitalized business deployment, further expand into new fields and new business of higher value in industry chain, deepen the green digital computing industry, create high-value comparative advantages and exemplary projects, so as to facilitate the MC’s efforts in building a green development demonstration zone.
