On March 19, Beijing Energy International was invited to attend the “Rongchang District’s Collective Project Signing, Commencement and Bidding Event in Q1 2024 & Opening Ceremony of Chongqing’s Rongchang Chuanhua Highway Port Project” in Chongqing. Li Dong, a member of the Standing Committee of the Rongchang District Committee and deputy district chief, attended the event. 

During the collective signing ceremony, Wang Liuhu, vice president of Beijing Energy International, represented the company in signing a strategic cooperation agreement with the Rongchang District Government. According to the agreement, all parties will fully leverage their respective strengths to jointly develop the Rongchang Natural Gas Combined Heat and Power Plant Project in Chongqing, accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the industrial park, enhance the economic development benefits of the park, and promote the park to achieve higher levels and higher quality development in the new pattern of comprehensive opening.

The event was hosted by the Rongchang District Government of Chongqing. It aims to promote the optimization and upgrading of local industrial structure, which is of great significance for accelerating high-quality economic development. Leaders of Rongchang District Economic and Information Technology Commission, Investment Promotion Bureau, and representatives from enterprises attended the event.
