BJ ENERGY INTL Held Talks with PowerChina Jilin Electric Power Engineering Co., Ltd.
On May 24, Zhang Ping, Chairman of the Board of Beijing Energy International, met with Shen Jiang, Party Secretary and Chairman of PowerChina Jilin Electric Power Engineering Co., Ltd., in Beijing, to discuss in-depth cooperation in the field of new energy.
During the meeting, both parties introduced their respective business areas and industrial layouts and exchanged views on the construction of large-scale wind and solar power base projects, as well as the development of domestic and international new energy projects. They agreed that both companies share similar development philosophies and strong complementarity in clean energy investment, development, and construction. Moving forward, the two parties will strengthen communication mechanisms, fully leverage their respective advantages, broaden areas of cooperation, and deepen their collaboration to achieve mutual benefit and coordinated development.
The meeting was attended by Li Jichuan, Director of the Market Investment Department, and Li Qinwei, Director of the Energy Planning Research Center and General Manager of the Energy Engineering Branch Company from PowerChina Jilin Electric Power Engineering Co., Ltd.; and Wu Chaoke, Vice President, Li Jian, Investment Director and General Manager of the Strategic Investment Department, and Zhou Guo, General Manager of Beijing Energy Sembcorp from Beijing Energy International.
