On July 3, Beijing Energy International achieved another milestone in its project development efforts. The company secured guaranteed construction quotas for the Yuqiao 50 MW Wind Power Project and market-based construction quotas for the Zhaowang 50 MW Wind Power Project in Dongguang County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province. This marks another breakthrough in the company’s efforts to deepen the integrated and coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.

The project has a total installed capacity of 100 MW. Once operational, it is expected to generate 240 million kilowatt-hours of clean, green electricity annually, equivalent to saving approximately 73,600 tons of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 202,200 tons. The project boasts significant social and economic benefits, will further improve local energy structure, promote regional economic development, and contribute to Hebei’s transition to green and low-carbon energy.
