Mr. Jiang will take in charge of the Company's human resources, performance appraisal, regional companies construction and administrative affairs comprehensively.

Mr. Jiang obtained a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from University of Science and Technology of China (中國科學技術大學) in the PRC.

Mr. Jiang has been working in the China Merchants Group for more than 20 years and had been a member of the top management of China Merchants Group. He was in several key positions in various business segments, including industrial international tourism, logistics and warehouse transportation. Mr. Jiang has served as the group leader of the Transformation Work Group composed of the Regional Development, Strategic Development of the China Merchants Group, China Merchants Shekou holdings and China Merchants Godown, and has achieved fruitful results with extensive management experience.
