On February 20, Jia Geng, Vice President of Beijing Energy International, met with Shi Weibing, Vice President of Linyang Energy, and Xu Yan, Co-President of ORIX (China) Industrial Holdings Co., Ltd., in Shanghai. The parties held discussions on deepening cooperation in the field of new energy. 

During the meeting, the parties introduced their respective business areas and industrial layouts and engaged in in-depth discussions on the asset-light operation model in the new energy sector. All parties agreed that the three companies hold leading positions in their respective fields, possess significant advantages, and have a strong foundation for cooperation. Moving forward, they will continue to deepen collaboration, innovate cooperation mechanisms, and integrate resources efficiently to jointly explore a new landscape for asset-light operations in the new energy industry.
