On July 28, 2022, Zhang Ping, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Beijing Energy International met with Ma Hong, Chairman of China Development Bank Leasing (CDB Leasing) in Beijing. The two sides had an in-depth exchange on financial business cooperation in green energy. Liu Dawei, Director of New Energy and Equipment Division of CDB Leasing; Liu Dongsheng, Vice President of Beijing Energy International, Wang Yang, Chief Financial Officer and other related personnel attended the meeting.
During the meeting, both parties agreed that Beijing Energy International and CDB Leasing are highly aligned on the development philosophy of green energy. The two sides have already carried out sincere, friendly, mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation in the past, and both have shown high-level expertise and strong capability for cooperation. Going forward, it is hoped that the two sides will deepen the cooperative relationship, foster a long-term effective cooperative mechanism, actively innovate diversified business models such as operating leasing and optimize leveraged products, capitalize on their respective strengths in resource, expertise and talent pool, and carry out comprehensive cooperation in clean energy project investment and other fields, so as to create a win-win development through strong alliance and jointly contribute to the early achievement of the national dual carbon goals.
