BJ ENERGY INTL Held Talks with Baise Municipal Committee and Municipal Government of Guangxi
On August 6, 2022, Sun Ruijun, member of the Standing Committee of Baise Municipal Committee of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and executive deputy mayor of the Municipal Government, visited Beijing Energy International and the two sides had a discussion on new energy project investment and industrial fund cooperation. Ma Huashan, deputy secretary-general of Baise Municipal Government, Qin Mandong, Director of Municipal Investment Promotion Bureau, and Hong Songlin, Deputy Director of Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology; Liu Dongsheng and Wu Chaoke, vice presidents of Beijing Energy International, and Wang Qi, executive director of Integrated Energy Company, attended the meeting.
Liu Dongsheng welcomed Sun Ruijun and her delegation and said that as a pilot SOE for mixed-ownership reform in Beijing, Beijing Energy International has a flexible mechanism and a rapid development momentum. He said that the company will comprehensively explore the resources of new energy projects in various regions of Baise, and thoroughly study and promote the supporting industrial funds for new energy projects. Going forward, the company will coordinate resources with Beijing Energy Holding and other shareholders, continue to fully utilize the advantages of industrial synergy and geographical strengths, actively participate in the new energy investment and construction of Baise, and help local government develop a green economy.
Sun Ruijun affirmed Beijing Energy International’s efforts in investing in new energy projects in Baise and boosting the supporting industry funds. She said that the municipal government attaches great importance to the cooperation with the Beijing Energy International Industrial Fund and hoped that both sides can work together to rapidly promote the landing of industrial funds in Baise. The government will give full play to its functions and continue to strengthen the in-depth cooperation between the two sides in new energy and industrial investment, seek common development, assist in upgrading and transforming Baise’s traditional industries, and contribute to the early achievement of the national dual carbon goals.
