On December 7, 2022, Zhang Ping, chairman of the Board of Directors of Beijing Energy International met with Yang Meiling, chairperson of Hui Tian Network Technology Pte. Ltd. in Beijing, and the two sides had an exchange on in-depth cooperation in green and low-carbon energy. Li Lianjun, general manager of Hui Tian Network Technology, Zhang Baozhi, chief financial officer, Ma Liuke, legal person and general manager, and Zhang Jinbiao, director of Company Office; Liu Dongsheng, vice president of Beijing Energy International, Jia Geng, vice president of Beijing Energy International, Zhao Li, investment director, Wang Qi, executive director of Beijing Jingneng International Integrated Smart Energy Company, and other relevant personnel attended the meeting.

The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on cooperation areas such as green power supply in data centers, low-carbon energy supply in parks as well as investment in overseas new energy projects. Both agree that the two companies are specialized leaders in their respective fields with a sound reputation and are highly complementary in development strategy and business layout, thus enjoy broad prospects for cooperation. Going forward, they will strengthen cooperation by establishing a long-term communication and liaison mechanism, building green data centers, investing in new energy and supplying low-carbon energy, accelerating the implementation of relevant projects for win-win cooperation so as to contribute to the early realization of the state dual carbon goals.
