On October 20, 2023, Beijing Energy International held a meeting with Bank of China (Inner Mongolia) Branch, Agricultural Bank of China (Hohhot) Branch and Bank of Inner Mongolia respectively, and all parties conducted in-depth exchanges on loan and financing issues. Yun Wenyan, vice president of Bank of China (Inner Mongolia) Branch, Wang Licheng, vice president of Agricultural Bank of China (Hohhot) Branch, Liu Xinping, member of the Party Committee and vice president of Bank of Inner Mongolia, Huang Hui, chief financial officer of Beijing Energy International, and other relevant personnel attended the meeting.

At the meeting, all parties agreed that Beijing Energy International, as an international and market-oriented clean energy investment platform, has made remarkable achievements in recent years. At present, the construction of Tongliao 2.38 million kilowatts wind power base, a key cooperative project of all parties, has entered a critical period. It is hoped all parties will continue to use their respective specialized advantages, deepen the strategic cooperative relationship, expediate the release of approved credits as soon as possible, accelerate the project construction so as to realize the early completion and commissioning of the project for common development.
