At 10:20 on March 26, with the precise docking of the last wind turbine rotor and nacelle at a height of 100 meters, the installation of wind turbines at the 1.38 million kilowatts ecological governance wind power base project (Gaolintun) in Horqin District, Tongliao City, was successfully completed. 

In the Gaolintun area, a total of 82 units of 6.25-megawatt wind turbines were installed, with a total construction capacity of 512.5 megawatts. The project started its first installation on September 15, 2023. To promote the construction progress and ensure the smooth implementation of the installation, the Project Department, together with the general contracting unit and the supervision unit, planned in advance and organized meticulously. They implemented various safety and quality assurance measures, actively coordinated internal and external relations, and overcame multiple difficulties such as obstructive barriers, dispersed terrain, and low winter temperatures. Finally, all installation tasks were completed in six months. 

The completion of all wind turbine installations marks another milestone in the construction of the project, laying a solid foundation for the project to achieve early production and power generation. In the next step, the project department will strictly follow the schedule to advance the construction progress of feeder and circuits, booster stations, equipment, and wind turbine commissioning, striving for the ultimate goal of full capacity grid connection.
