Yongsheng Photovoltaic Power Station in Yunnan

The Yongsheng Photovoltaic Power Station is located in Yongsheng County, Lijiang City, Yunnan Province, with an installed capacity of 19.8 MW. It covers an area of about 850 mu (around 57 hectares) with a total investment of 181,201,700 yuan. The average annual electricity connected to power grid is 30 million kWh, equivalent to a reduction of 172.3 tons of sulfur dioxide, 258.5 tons of nitrogen oxides and 23,700 tons of carbon dioxide, laying a solid foundation for Yunnan to achieve its dual carbon goals at an early date. At the same time, the power station actively promotes the agrophotovoltaic mode, and has started planting green vegetables and breeding a variety of poultry on a small scale to help local and regional economic development.


Kunming Rooftop Photovoltaic Power Station in Yunnan Province

The Kunming Rooftop Photovoltaic Power Station is a distributed one, located on the rooftop of Kunming Distribution Center of China Merchants Logistics, Xincheng High-tech Industrial Base, Chenggong District, Kunming City, Yunnan Province, accounting for about 28,600m2 of steel roof area.


Its total installed capacity is 2.257 MW. The average annual effective power generation utilization hours can reach 1,181.3, producing around 2.67 million kWh of green energy every year, which is equivalent to saving 83 tons of coal resources and reducing 2.21 million tons of carbon dioxide emissions. It plays an important role in protecting the ecological environment and reducing urban pollution and well practices the concept of green development.


Yongren Photovoltaic Power Station in Yunnan Province

The Yongren Photovoltaic Power Station is located on the south-facing hillside to the east of Banxing Village, Lianchi Town, Chuxiong Prefecture, Yunnan Province. The east side of the site is close to the boundary between Yongren County and Yuanmou County, with an elevation between 1,400 meters and 1,580 meters, with superior geographical position and abundant radiation.


Its covers a total area of about 1,851 mu (around 123 hectares), with an installed capacity of 35 MW, and the average annual effective power generation utilization hours can reach 1,535 and it can produce about 53.73 million kWh of green electricity every year, which is equivalent to saving 1.6 tons of coal resources and reducing 45,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, thus greatly protecting the ecological environment and fully practicing the concept of green development.


Yunnan Xundian County Distributed Photovoltaic Project in Kunming

Yunnan Xundian County Phase I Distributed Photovoltaic Project in Kunming is the first grid-connected distributed photovoltaic project independently invested and constructed by Beijing Energy International in Yunnan Province. Located in Xundian Hui and Yi Autonomous County, Kunming City, Yunnan Province, Phase I covers an area of 101,100 square meters with an installed capacity of 21.36 megawatts. After being put into operation, it is expected to produce about 27.84 million kilowatt-hours of green electricity annually, equivalent to saving about 8,400 tons of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 23,200 tons. The project will provide abundant clean electricity to support the economic and social development of Xundian Hui and Yi Autonomous County, with significant social, environmental, and economic benefits.

Yunnan Yingxiong Village Photovoltaic Power Station in Shuangbai County

Yunnan Yingxiong Village Photovoltaic Power Station is located on the slopes near Yingxiong Village in Tuodian Town, Shuangbai County, Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. The project site is advantageous with rich solar resources. The total installed capacity is 60 megawatts, and after being put into operation, it is expected to produce about 107 million kilowatt-hours of clean green electricity annually, equivalent to saving about 33,000 tons of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 84,600 tons. This project will significantly promote local economic development and environmental protection.

Yunnan Xinbaijing Photovoltaic Power Station in Shuangbai County

Yunnan Xinbaijing Photovoltaic Power Station is located on the slopes near Xinbaijing in Dazhuang Town, Shuangbai County, Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. The geological and solar resources are relatively stable. The total installed capacity is 45 megawatts, and after being put into operation, it is expected to produce about 78.24 million kilowatt-hours of clean green electricity annually, equivalent to saving about 24,100 tons of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 61,800 tons. This project will have positive effects on local environmental protection and pollution reduction, with significant environmental and social benefits.

Yunnan Gesanlang Photovoltaic Power Station in Shuangbai County

Yunnan Gesanlang Photovoltaic Power Station is located on the slopes near Gesanlang in Dazhuang Town, Shuangbai County, Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. The terrain is open, the geology is stable, and the radiation levels are high. The total installed capacity is 100 megawatts, and after being put into operation, it is expected to produce about 175 million kilowatt-hours of clean green electricity annually, equivalent to saving about 51,600 tons of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 132,400 tons. This project will play an important role in improving local energy structure, promoting energy transition, and supporting economic development.

Yunnan Baoshan Hydropower Station in Baoshan City

As the “vanguard” of Beijing Energy Holding (BEH) ’s mixed-ownership reform, Beijing Energy International, under the guidance of BEH’s “One Vision” and “Two Strategies,” has implemented an energy strategy and strengthened market development. On April 22, 2023, it acquired a controlling stake in Baoshan Energy Development through capital increase and share expansion, adding 952.44 megawatts of hydropower installed capacity and obtaining priority development rights for wind, solar, hydropower and energy storage projects in Baoshan City.

Yunnan Wangjiazhai Photovoltaic Power Station in Baoshan City

Yunnan Wangjiazhai Forestry-Photovoltaic Project is located in Youwang Town, Shidian County, Baoshan City, Yunnan Province. With a total installed capacity of 55 megawatts, the project includes the construction of a 110 kV booster station and the construction of a 110 kV line from Wangjiazhai substation to the 707 section, “T-branching” it to the 110 kV Qipu Line and integrate it into the 110 kV Pupiao substation. The project site is mountainous and serves as a forestry-photovoltaic project. It combines photovoltaic power generation with forestry cultivation, utilizing the abundant solar resources in Shidian County without altering the original land use, effectively conserving soil and water and improving mountain vegetation coverage, thereby enhancing the ecological environment. Once operational, it is expected to save approximately 35,000 tons of standard coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 88,000 tons annually.

Yunnan Qiujiazhai Photovoltaic Power Station in Baoshan City

Yunnan Qiujiazhai Forestry-Photovoltaic Project is located in Youwang Town, Taiping Town, Renhe Town, and Heyuan Town, Shidian County, Baoshan City, Yunnan Province. With a total installed capacity of 45 megawatts, the project includes the construction of a 110 kV booster station and the construction of a 110 kV line from Qiujiazhai booster station to the 707 section, “T-branching” it to the 110 kV Xinqi Line I and integrate it into the 110 kV Xinjie substation. The project site is mountainous and serves as a forestry-photovoltaic project. It combines photovoltaic power generation with forestry cultivation, utilizing the abundant solar resources in Shidian County without altering the original land use, effectively conserving soil and water and improving mountain vegetation coverage, thereby enhancing the ecological environment. Once operational, it is expected to save approximately 26,500 tons of standard coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 66,000 tons annually.

Yunnan Guojiazhai Photovoltaic Power Station in Baoshan City

Yunnan Guojiazhai Forestry-Photovoltaic Project is located in Youwang Town, Taiping Town, Renhe Town, and Heyuan Town, Shidian County, Baoshan City, Yunnan Province. With a total installed capacity of 30 megawatts, the project shares a 110 kV booster station with the Qiujiazhai power station. The project includes the construction of a 110 kV line from Qiujiazhai booster station to the 707 section, “T-branching” it to the 110 kV Xinqi Line I and integrate it into the 110 kV Xinjie substation. The project site is mountainous and serves as a forestry-photovoltaic project. It combines photovoltaic power generation with forestry cultivation, utilizing the abundant solar resources in Shidian County without altering the original land use, effectively conserving soil and water and improving mountain vegetation coverage, thereby enhancing the ecological environment. Once operational, it is expected to save approximately 15,000 tons of standard coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 38,000 tons annually.

Yunnan Dawangtang Photovoltaic Power Station in Baoshan City

Yunnan Dawangtang Forestry-Photovoltaic Project is located in Youwang Town, Taiping Town, Renhe Town, and Heyuan Town, Shidian County, Baoshan City, Yunnan Province. With a total installed capacity of 35 megawatts, the project shares a 110 kV booster station with the Qiujiazhai power station. The project includes the construction of a 110 kV line from Qiujiazhai booster station to the 707 section, “T-branching” it to the 110 kV Xinqi Line I and integrate it into the 110 kV Xinjie substation. The project site is mountainous and serves as a forestry-photovoltaic project. It combines photovoltaic power generation with forestry cultivation, utilizing the abundant solar resources in Shidian County without altering the original land use, effectively conserving soil and water and improving mountain vegetation coverage, thereby enhancing the ecological environment. Once operational, it is expected to save approximately 19,000 tons of standard coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 47,000 tons annually.
